1. What areas are supported for shipping
Due to the impact of the new epidemic on shipping, and to ensure the quality of our service, we currently only support orders from the United States. Any subsequent adjustments will be posted on the website without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
2. Delivery Time
All orders will be processed within 1-3 days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on holidays. In the event of a mass event and a sharp increase in the number of valid orders, there will be a slight delay in delivery time. Please forgive me.
3. Shipping Rates and Shipping Methods
For all U.S. orders, we ship free of charge using FedEx, and delivery takes 3-6 days after the courier is sent.
4. How to deal with the problem of long shipping time of goods?
If the user does not receive the goods within the standard delivery time, you can contact us at contact@toormiwa.com and we will try our best to help you contact the logistics company.
5. What should I do if the order processing time is too long?
Please refer to point 2 for delivery time. We are sorry if there is a timeout. You can contact us by email at contact@toormiwa.com; we will process your order as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your order, we will arrange a refund for you and the amount you paid will be returned to your payment account. The time for the refund to arrive varies depending on the payment method, but usually takes one to two business days.
6. Signing for receipt
Please check that the package is in good condition before signing for it.
If the package is damaged or out of stock, please reject it and contact customer service promptly, we will follow up promptly.
If you find any damage after receiving, please contact us in time, we will handle it properly.
If another person signs for it, it will be deemed to be signed for by the consignee himself.
If the package is rejected due to customer reasons (non-quality issues), the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
7. Unclaimed orders
Unclaimed and undeliverable parcels due to customer reasons (wrong or incomplete address). We do not assume any responsibility.
8. Sales tax/duty/remittance fees
Sales tax/duty/remittance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept payment in US dollars. If you pay in another currency, your bank may charge a remittance conversion fee. Please check with your bank.
We recommend our customers to register an account with us to facilitate the tracking of their own orders.
9. Packaging
Since our ovens contain various parts, the parts will be sent in a separate package. Please check if you receive a total of two deliveries when you receive your order. If you experience a lost delivery or missing parts, please contact us and we will take measures for you at the first opportunity.
10. Re-shipping Courier
Please check the order information carefully before making payment. Shipping information cannot be changed after shipment. If delivery is not possible due to incorrect address, if you need to change the address, you can send an email to contact@toormiwa.com and we will try our best to contact the courier company to make the change. Any additional shipping costs or extra charges incurred as a result will be borne by the customer.
11. Response to COVID-19
In response to COVID-19, all of our carriers are taking precautions to ensure the health of their drivers and customers, so this may result in an increase in transit time.

12. Non-delivery of delivery due to courier’s error
We are sorry to have caused you an unpleasant shopping experience. If you encounter a courier company that does not deliver or does not deliver on time, please contact us and we will contact the courier company to claim for you in the first instance.
